Out of Direction Frankfurt: Motorway A 7, take the exit 'Kassel Nord', turn right to Heiligenrode, then in the town centre the way to the Sports and Regreation Centre is described. (approx. 3 kilometres).
Out of direction Kassel: Passing the big circle, take the direction to Sandershausen, go straight to Heiligenrode. In the middle of the town the way to the Sports and Regreation Centre is described. (approx. 3 kilometres).
